This New York Athletic Club barstool is a '40s twist on an Arts & Crafts classic: a re-edition of a chair from the Downtown New York Athletic Club. Remarkably comfortable, the chair is crafted from hand-turned solid oak and handwoven rush and available COM (customer's own material).

Our core collection of interior furniture and lighting is made to order in Los Angeles by hand. We offer a variety of standard finishes and textiles to order, but If you have a custom request, please reach out.

Artisanal Approach

Peter is checking in on the progress of the prototype for our Brook Credenza. We work with a network of local Los Angeles workshops and have decades-long relationships with many of our artisan partners.

Fabric Freedom

All of our upholstered goods come with your selection of one of our six house fabrics—indoor/outdoor neutral wovens made in Italy, or COM–Customer’s Own Material. Someone from our team will be in touch to confirm fabric details before starting your custom production.
